Stage 1 - someone talks about me behind my back
Stage 2 - after a few hours of thinking about it
Stage 3 - after more thinking, i confront them
Stage 4 - getting a little more angry as they continue to push me
Stage 5 - name calling begins
Stage 6 - they’re pushing it
Stage 7 - getting worse
Stage 8 - now they’ve done it
Stage 9 - controls self and trying to let it go
Stage 10 - trying to convince myself I don’t care.
